FINAL MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Before submission of your final manuscript in EDAS, please read the following instructions.

1. Please address all the comments from the reviewers before you upload your Final Manuscript.
2. Login to https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ with Conference ID: 60870X. If you have passed the PDF checking, download the certified PDF version of your paper and upload it to EDAS (refer to the image given below) before the registration process.

3. It is ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY to follow the IEEE templates while preparing the Final Manuscript submission.
4. IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your Final Manuscript prior to submission.

5. Failure to remove template text from your paper may result in your paper not being published.
6. No headers, footers, or page numbers should appear on your manuscript.
7. Final Manuscript submission deadline: 31 March 2024.
8. NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED IN IEEE XPLORE WITHOUT THE SUBMISSION OF THE COPYRIGHT FORM.
9. For your convenience, the IEEE eCopyright Form (eCF) is made available electronically through EDAS.

Copyright Form Submission

1. You log onto EDAS, click on the [+] sign, the right side of the copyright field of your accepted paper (see the image), and

2. click on the IEEE copyright submission button

3. You will be directed to the IEEE Copyright submission and complete the process.

10. Add the presenter on your paper page in EDAS. To add the presenter on EDAS system, click on the [+] sign at the right side of the field name “Presented”.
