Author Guidelines

Instructions for authors:

  1. All submitted papers will be accepted based on their quality, presentation, and relevance through a “double-blind” review process, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers.
  2. Please refer to the following URL for procedures to submit papers through EDAS: https://edas.info/doc/authors.html
  3. Papers should not have page numbers, headers, or footers.
  4. To ensure the double-blind review process, please do not include the author’s names in the review manuscript. All author names must be included in EDAS only.
  5. The accepted and presented papers of ICCSP will be submitted for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Hence, the manuscript must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE format and must not be more than 6 pages, including the bibliography and any possible appendices. Standard IEEE over-length charges may apply for additional pages up to a maximum of 8 pages.
  6. For typesetting instructions and sample templates, please refer to IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings
  7. Upon the review process being completed, you will be informed over email whether your paper is “Accepted” or “Rejected”.
  8. Please note that, after receiving acceptance, you need to revise your manuscript according to the reviewer’s comments and to prepare your final manuscript. For final manuscript preparation, please refer to the guidelines given here: https://iccsp.apec.edu.in/final-manuscript-submission-instructions/
  9. An accepted paper must be registered and presented at the conference by at least one of the authors, otherwise, it will be excluded from distribution in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
  10. After preparing the final manuscript, the authors need to upload it in EDAS.
  11. Once the final manuscript is uploaded, submit the e-copyright form to IEEE from EDAS.
  12. Download the sample PowerPoint template from https://iccsp.apec.edu.in/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sample-format-PPT.ppt and prepare your presentation slides. Then upload the PowerPoint presentation file in EDAS.
  13. Add the presenter in EDAS, who will do the presentation physically at the conference.
  14. After completion of all the above procedures, authors may proceed with the Conference Registration process by following the Registration Link provided on the Registration page.

Important IEEE Policy Announcement:

  1. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
  2. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE will take action against any author who engages in either practice. Kindly follow these links for more details: IEEE Policy on Plagiarism and IEEE Policy on Double Submission.
  3. Submitted papers must be unpublished and not currently under review for any other publication. The authors of accepted papers will need to sign an IEEE Copyright form and present their papers at the conference.
  4. Online mode of presentation is available to foreign or NRI delegates only.
